The number of sessions needed varies from person to person depending on many factors (such as the volume of their email backlog and the number of emails they receive each day). For most people, approximately 8-12 sessions will be sufficient.
A minimum of one session per week is recommended.
Sessions are 90 minutes, on Zoom.
You book and pay for coaching sessions as you go.
Investment per session is $180/€165/£140.
It's ideal to have two sessions per week for the first two weeks.
You may have access to some kind of administrative support but you still need to manage all or most of your own email.
You feel a constant low-level (or high-level!) anxiety in the back of your mind due to all those undone things sitting in your inbox.
There are things in your email inbox that you really don't want to deal with.
You have tried email management methods, apps or hacks in the past but they didn't work or didn't stick.
Your colleagues or clients would never suspect that your inbox is so out of control.
You have dropped balls and missed out on opportunities because you were not on top of your email.

I've always loved organising, decluttering, creating space and putting things in order. I feel so joyful and energised when I am doing these things! During my early adult life I didn’t focus too much on this passion. I viewed it as personal hobby that was fun but not particularly valuable or important.
In 2019 I left an intense and demanding role after six years.
I felt relieved, but also disoriented and a bit lost. Soon, I noticed a strong desire arise in me to organise and declutter certain things in my personal life, particularly my email inbox which I had neglected for a long time.
I embarked on a deep clean of my inbox, in part using some skills I had learned in my previous role. I had thousands of messages going back years that were undealt with. As I went through my inbox, email by email, I dealt with each item properly and completely. It forced me to confront things I had been avoiding, and I was compelled to put parts of my life in order. As I went I began to feel lighter and lighter. I sorted out different things. I replied to people I had not been in touch with for years. I saved information where it needed to be saved. It was a cathartic experience. And I loved it! By the end, I had gotten to inbox zero, having fully dealt with each email. It felt incredible. I felt so light and so much relief.
Once I had gotten my inbox to zero in that way, it was not that much of a challenge to get it to zero again each day or every few days. And as a natural side-effect, as long as I kept my inbox at zero consistently (properly dealing with each email), my work and personal life mostly stayed organised without a lot of effort!
I get such a high out of seeing someone else creating clear space in their email inboxes, personal and professional, so they can breathe freely again, reclaim their peace of mind and find it so much easier to be present. I love guiding them through that process, and teaching them what they need to know to be able to stay on top of their email consistently afterwards, and experience the joy of a peaceful inbox.
